Commission a Painting

It's a collaborative effort where the client supplies an image and together we build the composition. This process usually involves several visits to chat about expectations, to understand the client's emotional connection to the subject matter & to select the canvas size. A contract is signed with milestones & review dates. Once approved the painting is varnished and delivered ready to hang.

This painting we designed using a photos captured by a lake cottager. We collaborated about the canvas size, composition, and the important elements such as the paths, the canadian flag, the second cottage tucked under the trees and the bright fall colours. Completed, varnished and ready to hang,  
With a palette of rich colors, this artwork tantalizingly unveils the intricate details of fall trees, creating a wow effect on the canvas that beckons us to appreciate the nuanced and vibrant beauty of autumn.

This composition we designed using the client's photo of their driveway leading into their cottage with the addition of various bear images they captured on their wildlife camera.  A path often taken by the bears in the fall season. Completed, varnished and delivered ready to hang,

Salerno Lake Loon 30x40"

This composition is based on an image provided by Kevin K Pepper.  Mr. Pepper is known as our Loon Whisperer on Salerno Lake. Kevin captures amazing images of the loons from the moment they arrive in early spring till the day they depart in the fall. Kevin hosts Loon Photography Workshops on the lake during the spring, summer and fall months.
